We do not hand you a fifty-page instrument and wish you well. We walk through each operative clause, provide executor guidance sheets, and retain sealed copies for future reference.

Before any document is executed, you receive a consistency check report flagging conflicts between your will, nominations, and property titles.
Fees are quoted at intake based on matter type and complexity. We prefer fixed-fee drafting for standard wills and capped hourly arrangements for probate and litigation. We do not begin billable work beyond the initial consultation without your written confirmation of scope and cost.
What we stand for
Three principles guide every matter we accept. First, clarity over volume — a ten-page will that your executor understands beats a forty-page instrument full of boilerplate no one reads. Second, coordination over silos — estate documents must agree with corporate records, property titles, and nomination forms; we check all three before you sign.
